Brief Answer:
You are having melasma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you have developed melasma.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cream containing combination of kojic acid acid and glycolic acid on these dark spots twice daily and take tablet tranxaemic acid 250 mg twice daily for 4-6 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this I would also recommend you to use a high spf sunscreen gel on the entire face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time.
Moreover melasma is a chronic disease and you need to continue treatment for a long duration to treat it but under the strict supervision of the doctor.
Also get your thyroid function tests done as melasma is sometimes associated with thyroid disorders.
I hope to have answered your queries and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
