Question : I am 32 year old female. I am having brown spots on my nose which has grown up more from past few months. please suggest.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and these are looking like freckles.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a triple combination cream containing tretinoin, hydroquinone and flucinolone acetonide on the affected brown spots at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time.
Triple combination cream is a prescription drug and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
