Suggest Treatment For Brownish Red Spots On The Scrotal Area

Question : I just noticed several brownish red dots on skin of my ball sack (under skin actually). They are not itchy or hurtful at all. I did not know since when they are there but before I knew I had some black spots which I thought they were moles. I just want to make sure they are not some sort of cancer.
