Brief Answer:
probably need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
You did not really say where you are having the pain but any time that you have trouble walking, there is a chance that you broke a bone or had a serious ligament or tendon tear.
The burning sensation is also a concern since that can sometimes be a sign of bleeding into the muscles.
In these cases it is best to see your doctor so that you can be examined. You may needs xrays if he or she thinks that you may have a broken bone.
Tendon or ligament tears may need special care as well.
Until you can see your doctor try to rest. Keep your legs propped up if they are swollen.
Drink plenty of fluids and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. Warm compresses may help on the bruised areas.
I wish you the best,
Dr. Robinson
