Question : It was one day now since the fall. My skin around the wound something like shown in the image. what can I do? Should I take the skin out with a napkin or just be it. Is there any ointment I should apply? How many days would it take to get rid of it?

I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to not pick up the skin and leave it as such.
Also apply a steroid antibiotic cream like mometasone and fusidic acid combination cream like Momate F cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This will prevent scar formation and pigmentation.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
It will take 2-3 weeks to heal completely.
