Question : I was having see with my wife and she pulled on my penis very hard, now my penis has like red bruising on bottom under the head, and my left lower abdomen feels uncomfortable

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Considering your history it seems you must have had little tear over frenulum.
Frenulum is an elastic band of tissue under the glans penis that connects to the prepuce, or foreskin and helps contract the prepuce over the glans.
During sexual intercourse,frenulum is the most commonly injured site.

Nothing to worry as you will be fine soon. Apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin thrice a day over tear.
Avoid sexual activity for few days so that the injury is healed properly.
Use lubricating gel while intercourse as friction is the main cause for injury.
