Noted your history of a round shiny bubble coming out of a belly button.

The commonest cause is always an umbilical hernia.

May I please know a few things:
- Is it reducible on laying down of by pressing in?
- Is it expandable/ expansile on forceful coughing, or any action which raises intra-abdominal pressure?
- Is there any pain?
- Since when is it present?

Hernia is expansile and reducible too.
