Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for posting your picture.

After analyzing your picture I can make out that you have cyst over the affected area. This is a collection of cheezy material inside the skin. It can get infected and then results in the formation of this bubble like structure.

I suggest you to meet a eye specialist. Either a course of antibiotics or excision of the cyst would be required in your kind of condition.

Do not try to pinch or pop the area.
