Question : I started experiencing accelerated build up of the cheesey substance, smegma, under
under foreskin. I wash it off with warm water.
Earlier built up was very little, currently it seems to be more.Is it some thing to be concerned off.

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

You're doing the right thing.
You should continue with the same routine,of maintaining penile hygiene.

Retract the foreskin completely,then wash off all the smegma.
It's a normal secretion from the glans and nothing to worry about.
