Suggest Treatment For Bulges Under Skin In Upper Arm

Question: I have two bulges under my skin in upper arm between elbow and shoulder one is size of quarter the other a dime what would they be?

I cannot upload picture but there is nothing to see everything appears normal just can feel them and see the larger one as slightly raised area
