Also it has filled with a small amount of pus. What should I do?
Brief Answer:
Bump or blister evacuation needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
The collection of the bump or blister should be evacuated in order to get relief of the bump and minimize the possibility of spreading infection.
This can be done at home, but I recommend to have blister evacuation by a trained medical personnel.
The covering of the blister should not be removed, and that area needs to be kept clean and covered by sterile dressing material.
I recommend you to get your son at your medical facility and have the blister evacuated.
Hope this helps. I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Evacuation of pus needed.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
I saw the picture and I am now more convinced that the bump collection should be evacuated by a trained medical personnel.
It could be a spliter that is collecting pus around.
Evacuating the content should expose splinter too.
Hope this helps. Best regards.
