Hello dear,
I have gone through your image also.
The lesion seems to be due to some unnoticed insect bite or some spontaneous urticarial wheal.
At present no treatment is required by levocetrizine or allegra may be taken.
Consult a dermatologist if lesion persists or appear at other sites.
