                                    Brief Answer:
You do not need to go to the ER.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.
The symptoms of pain and dizziness that you are currently experiencing would be normal following an injury like this and do not require you to go to the ER. Take paracetamol and ibuprofen for the pain.
Over the next 24 hours, the symptoms that would suggest you need to go to the ER would be nausea, vomiting, excessive sleepiness, increasing headache. If any of these start to occur, I suggest you go to the ER. In the meantime, rest until you feel better.

Thses symptoms are not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for this further information. No need to be concerned at this stage. Some degree of headache, pain over the area and tiredness would be expected. If you experienced the symptoms I mentioned previously, then consider going to the ER.
