Suggest Treatment For Bump On Penis

Question: Hello. I am alittle concerned with a bump i have on my penis. i just discovered it today by just feeling it while i was laid out in bed. Its looks like 1, many 2 bumps pushed almost together. there is no colored flooring, but the bump looks like there is water in it. I am concerned that this might be herpes or something.

I could make out tiny water filled lesion on penis. Hope this is the one referred in the query.

It is not clear about intercourse history, partner history, symptoms, duration, disease history , etc.

i have had about 4 or 5 partnera in the last 6 months. i have never been diagnosed woth an std

i always have protected sex

With the given details and photo it appears to be due to irritation or friction .
The morphology and manifestation does not appear like herpes.

You can just maintain genital hygiene. Clean area with warm water twice daily. You may apply topical antibiotic like soframycin or mupirocin.
Observe for few days.
