Question : sometimes I get bumps in my buttocks most of the time I can't feel them. then they go away completely only to come back in a different spot. they hurt if I mess with but if I leave the them alone they go away. one came at the very top of my buttocks on the left side right next to my tailbone, but it's gone now to. I took an std test, I'm scared it might be something serious. I sit down all day at my job I didn't no if that had something to do with it. like right now I don't have any. what's wrong with me?

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible infective lesion. A lesion that may not be strong enough to sustain itself and that very frequently clears up .
The other possibility is that you are on the fatty side and the lesions may be fat pustules that form and then later clear off.
I would suggest that you wait for the reports to come out. I think I would be correct in suggesting to you that you should relax. If it's an infection , it's already self limiting. And if needed suitable antibiotics can be given. And if it's the latter, them you need to only reduce the weight and the condition would resolve.
