Question : I have a lot of bumps on my butt like ask me and then they scar cuz they don't see the Sun. there is nothing else on any part of my genitalia. is it common for people to get this or is this a bacteria? the whole but is covered and embarrassing. I need help

The lesions seems to of dermatitis herpetiformis if its associated with itching also.
This is caused by idiopathic immune mediated process and in some patients gluten sensitivity is seen.
You can take steroids with topical application with gluten free diet.
Some role of dapsone is also there.
You can consult a good dermatologist of physician who can get you evaluated and investigated properly to arrive at a diagnosis.
