Question : I have these bumps all over my knee, I was wondering if you could tell me what it is? They started off as heads (picture attached) then a few days later popped by themselves I guess you could say and are draining alot. hurts to walk and bend knee. (attached another picture)

I have gone through your query and have check the attachments. These are boils caused due to bacteria like Staphylococcus although a mixture of Streptococcus can also be present. You need to apply mupirocin ointment over the affected regions. Gradually they should recover.
