Question : I suddenly got four strangge bumps on my upper thigh, all next to each other, and they have some sort of a head where they almost look like pimples. They are not itchy or painful, and they seem to keep coming back even when I scratch them off. Attached is a picture. What are they?

Brief Answer:
Keratin plugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
These are keratin plugs.
These are common and are harmless.
I treat such cases with tretinoin cream to be applied twice daily for a month.
It is safe and effective.
You can try this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
