Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Upper Torso

Question: Hello,
I have these bumps all over my upper torso for the past few days. They don't itch or hurt. They're raised and when you scratch them this dry/flaky skin on top breaks up. What could these be? Allergic reaction? Bites? I've attached pictures for your reference.

How can I make them go away?

Welcome.
I have gone through your query and the pictures.
Based on the pictures and your information that is you said you have dry and bumpy skin.I feel it might be contact dermatitis.
Have you come in contact with some object you usually won't?
Have you worn new garments?
Have you changed the detergents?

Presently I would suggest you to wash the area with cold water and dermadew soap. And I would suggest you presently apply calamine lotion with alovera cream twice daily. If this does not help, I would have given you topical mild to moderate potency steroids along with antihistaminics. Most importantly I would suggest you not to scratch as it increases the chances of secondary infection. Wear loose fitting cotton garments. Kindly follow this measures for few days you should be fine.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
