Question : Hi I was in the sun and burned the tip of my penis - formed a blister which seems to have popped and doesnt look great. What treatment would you suggest?

Based on the information, I would suggest you to keep the area clean, wash it with mild antiseptic soap and not to touch the area with hand. Wear loose cotton underwear and avoid sexual activity for free days.

I would suggest you to apply neosporin ointment for faster healing. With this measures you will be fine.
