Brief Answer:
Avoid puncturing it

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
Avoid draining it. As long as it is covered by epidermis, the epidermis would act as a sterile dressing. Puncturing it might introduce infection. In any case continue using the antibiotic ointment.

Regards
