Brief Answer:
wash it with plenty of water.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

It is an antibiotic and diluted doses are used to treat eye infections.
It is possibly burning due to high concentration.

Wash the eye with plenty of water.
You can also use 'clear eyes'. It will reduce redness and irritation.
Also, normal saline drops can be used.
Antihistamines like cetrizine can be taken orally yo reduce burning, if still present after eye drops.

Not to worry. It will return to normal within a day. No systemic risk.
Take care.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
