Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain During Urination And Penile Discharge
Question: I have burning pain when urinate and penis discharge. it look like a white liquid like milk keep leaking even I did not go restroom. also it hurt on the tip of the penis . it look a little red on the tip of the penis.so it is hurt when walking. it is like 6 or 7 on scale of 10 pain right now.Do I have STD and how to cure? I cannot afford to go to hospital. I try to use cystex plus but still did not help. what should I buy at cvs or Walgreen?

+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid sexual contact in all forms
+Do not masturbate
+Drink cranberry juice as tolerated
+Try taking warm baths with epsom salt in it
+Do you remember your last sexual encounter (possibly from whom you contracted your infection? If yes, could you get in touch with that person and get their sexual status as well, which would help in directing us towards a possible infection-suspect
+Try to get your hands on antibiotics like norfloxacin, nitrofurantoin, azithromycin, metronidazole, amoxicillin, etc.

I have one antibiotic name cephalexin can I start use it? also for penis discharge can I use warm water to clean? it hard to get antibiotic without prescription. that medicine I have from my mom left over
