Question : For a year now, I've experienced a burning pain in my right great toe--this may sound silly but the pain is worse when I'm urinating. Any ideas

Hi,
Your urinary symptoms and the great toe discomfort are probably related.
They share the nerve roots.
You need to test with a MRI LS spine and NCV both lower limbs.
In case you are on radiation, it may be related to the cancer.
