Brief Answer:
This is a severe allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

She seems to be having allergic reaction to that lotion. It will now take some time to get cured but here are a few things which can help.

1) Antihistamin :

1st it's advised to take high dose like Tab citerzine or benedryl 20mg then continue 10mg at night daily for 5 days.
2) Tylenol:

Take tablet brufen or tylenol to relieve pain and inflammation.

3)Keep it clean.
4) I would advise my patients to apply 0.1% hydrocortisone cream on the area to reduce allergy.
5) If this keeps getting worse it's better to visit an ER they might would like to give her IV antihistamin or a steroid shot to control the problem right where it is.

6)She should drink loads of fluids.

You don't have to panic but do make her mind that this thing will take some time now to heal up may be 3-4 days, she shouldn't wear any rough clothes infact it's better to keep it away from any chance of friction.

I wish her quick recovery.
I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
