urinary tract infection can be possible with normal reports.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
* As per my surgical experience, you have urinary tract infection (which can be possible with normal report) as there is burning after urination, lower back pain and lower abdomen pain. Neck glands enlargement is secondary to viral infection.
* My guidelines at present
- Both have to drink plenty of liquids
- Both can take cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water, citrus containing fruits
- Avoid sexual intercourse at present
- Your wife should continue her antibiotics
- If you develop fever, lymph glands in neck increase in size over next 2-3 days, you should consult your doc for antibiotic assistance
Wish both of you fine health ahead. Feel free to discuss further.
Regards
