Question : Hi,
I am having some problem with my urinary tract. I will write down the symptoms I am observing:
1. I urinate too frequently. Approximately once in 2 hours. I also need to wake up multiple time when I sleep to urinate.
2. I do not always have the burning sensation, although, the sensation does appear sometimes, but after urinating. When I feel burning sensation, I also feel some pain if I touch my testicles at that time and slightly press them. Pain appears to be under the testicles, in the middle, someway around the left testicles.
3. I feel my urinating urge pretty much higher than before.
4. I also usually can't clear the bladder all at a time.
Something else to be noted
1. My urine color is usual looking color, nothing abnormal.
Is there anything to be worried about?

Brief Answer:
At your age, this is not normal!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your symptoms would have been entirely normal for an older person in his 60-70s. For you, this is not normal and points to a possible prostate/bladder problem. The bladder might not be able to empty fully because of an obstruction along the exit-most commonly the prostate in elderly.
You need to b evaluated. The amount of urine volume, the bladder residual volume after urination, and the urethra have to be assessed. Also, a urinalysis to look for signs of an infection should be done.
Findings will guide treatment options and further evaluation. The best physician here is a urologist. Keep me posted on this.
I wish you well.
