Brief Answer:
I will advise him epidural injection shot.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have studied your case.

As he is not getting relief with conservative treatment I will advise him epidural injection shot.
Epidural steroid may help for long term pain relief, you can consult orthopaedic surgeon for this.
You can consult orthopaedic/spine specialist doctor.
If there is no relief with all conservative measures then surgical decompression of spine may help.
