                                    Brief Answer:
you can ignore the diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
You need no be scared of the X Ray report.
X rays cast only shadows and the interpretation hugely varies between two doctors. Remember - "A diagnosis of chronic bronchitis CAN NOT be made by chest x ray or any other test". It is a clinical diagnosis, done after thorough history taking and patient examination. x rays will only aid or help.
As you say she does not have serious cough issues, you can ignore the diagnosis.
Snoring is a different problem and may be due to her obesity, and can be best adressed by weight reduction.
I hope i was of some help.

                                    Brief Answer:
what is the status of her Hepatitis B?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The burning sensation could be because of acid reflux, which can be managed by simple drugs like pantoprazole or any other antacid.
Other symptoms are just ignorable considering her age, and hence i suggest her not to worry about her complaints.
what is the status of her Hepatitis B?

                                    Brief Answer:
she has to UNDERGO FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS.
Detailed Answer:
Ok,
 Now this is important.
Positive hepatitis B can mean anything from a simple carrier (no need to worry) to chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis (needs treatment and is dangerous).
We need to know the status of hep B so that future complications can be prevented. A normal ultrasound abdomen will not rule out hepatitis induced liver disease. I WOULD HENCE SUGGEST HER TO UNDERGO FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS.
All the best.
