take an analgesic syrup like ibuprofen 2 teaspoon 3 times
an antacid syrup 2 teaspoon 3 times a day
apply lignocaine belly to oral mucosa for pain relief
all the medicines I prescribed are available only on prescription
avoid spicy foods and aerated drinks
take soft diet
it will be fine in few days
