Question : if i feel like theres something in my throat every once in a while and get burning in my throat area every once in a while what should i do

Hi and thank you for asking!

You are reporting yo have had burning sensation on throat .
These symptoms may be related with :
- GERD (acid reflux)
- throat infection
This is why to my opinion if your symptoms persist more than 2 weeks than you need to be evaluated with :
- upper endoscopy
- ENT
Meantime I would suggest to use PPI'S like prilosec OTC and local antiseptic like spry for throats.
