Brief Answer:
Change of antibiotics should help.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
Though the urine culture is negative, clinical features and the urine analysis point towards a diagnosis of urinary tract infection.
The following things should help.
1. Plenty of oral fluids.
2. Cranberry juice.
3. Definitely, change of antibiotics, based on the preference and availability in your area.
4. AZO.
Hope this helps,
Sincerely,

Thanks.
Been doing all of that stuff daily and nothing seems to work.
I just started on Cipro today and I'm praying that works. However, I have had IC brought up by several people. I don't even want to put that out there as a possibility, but can there be positive Leu est in IC?
And can a 20 day UTI that is not properly treated hurt with such a forceful intensity? This is terrible pain like I've never had before.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Cipro should work.
Detailed Answer:
welcome back.
Cipro usually works well for UTI.
Positive Leu est indicates bacterial infection and so it is not usually present in IC, unless there is associated infection.
Untreated UTI can be this bad and i have seen patients develop bleeding into the urinary tract with clot retention needing hospital admission and evauation of the clots.
So UTI may be severe on occasions.
Kindly take anti- spasmodics like DI-CYCLOMINE for pain relief.
Hope cipro should work.
Wish you speedy recovery,
Sincerely,
