Brief Answer:
Gastritis with acid reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

By what you quote I think you are having gastritis with acid reflux into the esophagus or food pipe.
I have few questions for you -

1. Since how long are you having these symptoms?
2. Does it get aggravated with food or relieved with food?
3. Does anybody else in family have similar illness?
4. What is your age?
5. Is there any chest pain which is proceeding on to left hand?
6. What is your profession?

Kindly get back with answers. Will be happy to help anytime. Meanwhile you can take some over the counter antacid chewable tablets as prescribed on pack.

Regards - Dr. Sumanth
