Question : Hi,

I am 29 yrs old. For last one week, I am having severe pain in epigastrium. Pain usually occurs after meals and becomes severe on lying down. Also it is mild in the morning but gets worse at night. I get excessive burps and sometimes it contains food also. Since yesterday I am feeling excessive salvation as well. What could be the cause of this.
