Suggest Treatment For Bursitis

Question : I have very bad pain in my bone just below the elbow. It seem to have a lump on the bone and if I lean my arm down on a table sharp pains ensues should I treat it with an elbow patch or go to the orthopedic doctor! I also have ver similar pain just below my knee? Any suggestions?

hi
this looks like bursitis.
these are fluid filled sacs near joints for lubrication.
so sometimes due to overuse they may become inflamed.
they can be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs physical therapy and sometimes require intra lesional injection.
it would be best to see an orthopedic surgeon or a rheumatologist.
