Question: I heard Doctor Oz speak about a cacophony of noise in his head that made it difficult to concentrate. My son has suffered for many years, has seen many different Doctors without getting proper help. If there is help and a Doctor, please let me know. It is critical.
Brief Answer:
Psycho-therapy/hypno-therapy advised...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the medical history of your son carefully and understand your worries as a parent.
There is a lot of info available in the internet or other sources of information (TV, etc.). However, I am skeptical about their success.
I always recommend to my patients with the same problems of your son to keep following up with the psychologist/psychiatrist. His actual mental health is consider depressed (with emotional break, thoughts of suicide,etc.). This means that he needs a close medical attention.
He is already taking the appropriate medicines for his actual state and I encourage to give him as directed by the doctor.
I also suggest to discuss with his doctor about scheduling psycho-therapy seances that can help your son improve his emotional/mental state.
Hypno-therapy is also an alternative, but should ask for the right specialists in order to succeed and avoid undesirable effects.
Hope it was of help!
