Question : Hi doctor, this is XXXX. I got a job in gulf country and for that I went throurgh a medical test in they found me unfit just because of calcific opacity at left mid zone but rest all test was normal. I just want ask could it be cleared because it's life time opportunity for me

There are different causes of calcification seen on a chest X ray . Common are Old infections ( Especially Tuberculosis) , Healed Parasitic Infestations, Inflammatory diseases like Sarcoidosis or even tumors.

First of all we need to know what is the cause of the calcification. In that regard I advise you to get HRCT scan of chest and revert back with report. After going through the scan report I will be able to tell you what is the cause and whether it can be cleared or not .
