Brief Answer:
Please take medications prescribed by neurologist and do yoga

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
There are two calcium deposits in the brain in the left frontal and temporal lobe. It is not a brain tumor. These are because of old infections which have healed with time. This is not serious by itself but can cause seizures at any time if medicine is not taken. Patients are put on medications to control seizures and treatment may take 2 years or more.

However, since you have twitching of hands then you must consult your neurologist immediately and continue taking medications as recommended. If it has been more than 10 years since your last CT scan, you can get another CT scan or MRI scan brain to look for any new developments in the brain which can be causing your problems. An electroencephalogram might also be required.

These twitching movements can be considered as partial seizure due to abnormal electrical activity in your brain. The pains and restlessness can be due to postictal phase.

Yoga helps a lot of people with seizures but medications also have to be taken as prescribed. There are many yoga training centers and different types of yoga are taught in different places. For reducing stress you can practice yoga that is in the simplest form like meditation. Please visit www.sahajayoga.org and search for yoga centers in XXXXXXX This yoga is free of cost and will surely help you.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
