Question : I suspect that I have candida in my gut (again). Is there a medication I can take for that or is it only controlled by diet?

The first thing that I would need to ask you is the reason behind thinking that you have candida in your gut. In any case, candida is an yeast/fungus and can be treated with antifungal agents. Mere dietary changes are not likely to be helpful.
