From past few days, i see accumulation of a kind of whilte dust around my penis....outer skin gas turned reddish and havd itching..i am 32 years old and married..please find atrached image.

Hello,
Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
I have reviewed your case and pictures.
The condition you have got is called Candidial balanoposthitis, its basically a fungal infection of prepuce and glans penis.
It can be acquired sexually and by other means like contact with infected articles like towels etc.
It is more common seen in immunocompromised individuals like diabetics. Thus I would suggest you to get your blood sugar checked.
I would also like to investigate you for other infections like syphilis and HIV.
In my patients of Candidial balanoposthitis, I generally recommend a 7-10 days course of oral antifungal like Fluconazole along with application topical antifungal cream like sertaconazole.
Antihistaminics can be taken as required for itching.
Maintain hygiene and Use ketocoanzole soap for rinsing the affected area.
Avoid tight undergarments.
Avoid any sexual activity till complete resolution of leisons.
