Question : Is this a canker sore? White spot with red around it under tongue Some discomfort . I've had for a 3 days now and is there anything I can do to heal faster? How will it take to heal?

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per the image attached and the symptoms you explained, it is appearing like a Canker sore..

You can gargle with sodium bicarbonate solution in water..
Apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine over the sore..
You should also do warm saline gargle..
Take a Vitamin B complex daily for a week..
