Suggest Treatment For Canker Sores

Question: Good morning. I have a small white, pimple-like thing on my tongue. First noticed it yesterday. It is on the underside of my tongue, on the side near the front of my tongue. Very painful, at times my tongue feels "burning", red and swollen.
Foods are tough, nothing crunchy, spicy, acidic, or chewy.
Medical history positive for GERD, gastroparesis, psoriatic arthritis.
Meds include methotrexate, 7.5 mg/weekly, protonix, celebrex, nucyenta.
Using coconut oil on my tongue, letting it melt, then sort of gargaling wIth melted oil, then spitting it out.
Dry mouth toothpaste and mouthwash as well as sore mouth rinse and diluted hydrogen peroxide have all failed to alleviate the pain.
Never had this before. Quite painful, especially when I feel that my tongue is swollen and it rests on my teeth, lower right side molars.
Thank you.
