Brief Answer:
Then it is likely to be a side effect of Cephalexin.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
Does the rash itch?
Then it is likely to be a side effect of Cephalexin.
But if it does not itch--then we have to consider a condition called DIC (diffuse intra vascular clotting) since you had cellulitis.
However I think the first is more likely.
Take Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day, Fexofenadine 120 once a day in daytime and Benadryl 50 at night for 2 days.
If rash improves, no problem. But if it increases--go to your PCP immediately.
