Question : I have an arthritis in my knee and am trying to loose weight so that I can get thre knee operated on but have developed stinginglower down in my leg it is red and very painful and to my eyes is trying to twist, what can I do

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think you have developed cellulitis in your leg. You can start antibiotics and analgesics such as ibuprofen after consulting your doctor. Elevation of leg on pillow during resting period and active toe movement will be useful in reducing pain and swelling. I wanted to know whether you are also having fever? You can discuss with your doctor about it.
