Brief Answer:
Kindly refer below for detailed answer, Rx is broad spectrum antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Cellulitis may first appear as a red, swollen area that feels hot and tender to the touch. Skin sore may appear, skin might become glossy, tight. The redness and swelling often spread rapidly. Cellulitis is usually painful. Difficulty in the mobility of the affected part.

Diagnosed based on the examination and Blood test will show high leukocyte count. A culture for bacteria may also be of value, but in many cases, the concentration of bacteria may be low and cultures fail to demonstrate the causative organism.
It is treated with broad spectrum oral antibiotics and NSAIDS. The affected part must be rested, and it is advisable to keep the leg elevated above the heart level. Vitals ( blood pressure, pulse, temperature,) need to monitored regularly. If condition does not improve, there is need to I.v. antibiotic and surgical debridement May be needed.
Rationale: medical books.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
