Brief Answer:
Medicines need to be adjusted.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted the diagnosis and current medications of your wife.

CVT is a fully treatable disease and most people recover in 3-6 months.

Some medicines may need to be stopped. If her cholesterol is normal, then, Atorvas can be stopped. Diamox can be stopped if eye check up (fundus examination) is normal. Why is she on FA OD and HCQ?

For low HB, TAB Livogen can be given once daily.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
