Brief Answer:
yes Mri is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Cervical spine has a normal lordotic curvature. It can be lost in many conditions including vitamin d deficiency, muscle spasms, myositis, disc degeneration etc.
It is better to get MRI done to know the reason for the loss of curvature and to assess any nerve compression.
You need to test her vitamin d levels and calcium.
Continue supplements as advised.
Follow up with your pediatrician.

Brief Answer:
Mri is safe

Detailed Answer:
I have seen the reports.
She is vitamin d deficient.
You can try supplements for a month more and recheck xray.
If no improvement get MRI done.
It is safe and has no issues at 10 years age.
