Question: Hi,
I am facing health issues for past 1 month. Having a bad cervical and having radiating pain in my left arm. Taking physiotherapy sessions and gabapentin 500mg twice daily for past 5 days. Apart from this I am also taking cabergoline to lower my prolactin levels.
Problems :
Heavy head, drowsiness & nausea.
Burning Eyes.
Feeling tired all the time and feeling of blurred vision.
Not able to climb even 2 floors via stairs.
Stomach gets upset quite often which leads me to washroom [though I am not having loose motions]
Pain in lower right side of stomach as if something is stuck there , it's not stone in right kidney, I went for ultrasound many times but results are -ve.
I am also planning to go for blood test,
Please advice apart from thyroid profile and prolactin which else blood test I should go for.

Brief Answer:
need evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
With all of your features, it seems that you probably have fibromyalgia. But before concluding, I like to rule out other diseases XXXXXXX lupus, diabetes, etc. If you can get ANA test, blood sugar test and stool routine- that will help.

But for fibromyalgia, there is no specific test. It is a diagnosis of exclusion. You should discuss about this possibility with your primary doctor.

Take care
