Question : If I have a cervical polyp during pregnancy that is causing no symptoms or bleeding should I abstain from sexual intercourse?

no harm in having intercourse

There is no need to abstain from sexual activity in case you don't have any symptoms especially if no bleeding.
But the moment you feel any problem with it like pain or bleeding (though less chances) then visit your doctor immediately.
