Question: I am suffering from a really bad chest and head cold just came on yesterday afternoon. When I cough and if anything comes up it looks like blood is in it.
really ugly yellow and greenish.

Blood in phlegm is not uncommon as bacterial infections fragilise the airways and allow for easy blood leakage during coughing. In addition, drink much fluids and get enough rest.
